Also how can I run the LED strips around my taillight and connect to my brake lights?
lol thats kinda gay. come on its a gradmas car. but if you really want to dork it out you could put a bodey kit and a ladder rack wing on it and look like a retard. oh yea dont forget the fart can so every one can here youans see how gay your 98 buick is. now back to the LED Fluorescent make shure their for 12 volt carfuly tare the light apart and glue them in on the inside of the light and drill a hole big enough to fit the wirs out of the light from the LED strips. then sillcone the light back together sillcone the hole you ran the wires out of and tap in to the break light wire and your all set. i would get a pair of good lights from a scrap yard to take apart so your car is still driveable while you do the tail lights.
How do you wire up coloured LED strips?
I’ve been replacing 12 volt spotlights with 12 volt white LED Tube. No problem as there are just 2 terminals. When I was away from home I saw a coloured LED strip & bought it, only to realise when I got home & opened the packet that it has 4 wires, black, red, blue & green.
My transformer only has 2 terminals. How do I wire this up?
Coloured LED Fluorescent Replacement normally have 2 wires. As yours has 4 wires, this suggest that its actually a ‘Colour Changing’ strip and that would mean buying a controller and interface for that particular item. This is very dependant on what type of brand your LED strip is.
