I’ve purchased these LED strips from AutoZone. I want to install them inside of my car preferably floor mats. But I also heard you can insteall them into your amplifier and they will light up with the bass. How can I do either of them?

Step 1
Select a mounting position for the lights. The perfect space is where there is not an obstacle for driver. Then Test fit the led downlight to make sure there is no hidden molding or wires blocking access.
Step 2
Tap into the running lights with a self- tapping wire connector on both the negative and positive wires. you can tap directly into the interior light wire LED controller.
Step 3
Run a length of gauge wire to the led ceiling lighting. Then connect the cables on both ends using the solder. Test the LED lights. Mount the LED lights into place and replace any molding.
Step 4
You can gain manual control of the lights by tapping power from an unused position in the fuse box and inserting an adjustable power switch or toggle between the led lighting downlights and the LED power supply.
Step 5
Mount the switch in a location that is easily accessible when the car door opens.
